RexxiClips ("we", "the service") is a private, single-operator tool that creates short video clips from publicly available livestream recordings. This policy explains what data the service handles and what it does not.
1. No user accounts
RexxiClips does not offer accounts, logins, or sign-ups. There are no users other than the operator. We do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, payment details, or profile information from visitors to this website.
2. What this website collects
This website is a static informational page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and embeds no third-party trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data (such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL) for security and availability purposes, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not use per-visitor logs and do not attempt to identify visitors.
3. What the clipping tool processes
The tool operates only on content that is already publicly available:
- Publicly published video-on-demand recordings of livestreams.
- The audio from those recordings, which is transcribed to text for the purpose of locating notable moments.
- Public chat replay associated with those recordings, used only in aggregate as a per-second message-volume signal to detect activity spikes.
Chat messages are counted, not stored, published, or attributed. Individual chat authors and their usernames are not retained and never appear in any published clip.
4. What we store, and for how long
- Source video and audio: downloaded temporarily for processing and deleted automatically once clip generation completes.
- Transcripts and clip metadata: retained locally so the tool does not reprocess the same recording. Not published.
- Rendered clips: retained locally, and published only after human approval.
All of this is stored on hardware controlled by the operator. It is not shared with, sold to, or licensed to any third party.
5. Third-party services
When a clip is approved for publication, it is uploaded to the operator's own accounts on:
Their handling of uploaded content is governed by their own privacy policies. Automated transcript analysis is performed using the Anthropic API; audio transcription runs locally on the operator's own hardware.
The tool authenticates to the operator's own YouTube and TikTok accounts through OAuth. The resulting access tokens are stored only on hardware controlled by the operator and are used solely to upload clips the operator has approved. No other person's platform data is requested, accessed, or stored. This service uses YouTube API Services; the operator can revoke its access at any time from the Google security settings page, and TikTok access from the TikTok app's connected-apps settings.
6. Human review
No clip is ever published automatically. Every clip is reviewed and explicitly approved by the operator before upload, and all uploads are made as unlisted or draft content by default.
7. Requests and removals
If you are a streamer, a rights holder, or someone who appears in a clip and you want content removed, email contact@rexxiclips.com. We will remove it and stop processing that source. You do not need to explain why.
8. Children
This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly process personal information from them.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
