Clips produced by RexxiClips are derived from livestream recordings whose rights belong to the original creators and platforms. RexxiClips claims no ownership of that underlying material. Clips are published only to the operator's own accounts, are credited to the original creator, and are not sold, licensed, or offered for redistribution.
The RexxiClips name and the design of this website belong to the operator.
5. Creator and rights-holder requests
If you are a creator, rights holder, or platform and you want your content excluded, or a published clip removed, email contact@rexxiclips.com. Requests are honored without argument. You do not need to send a formal legal notice, though we will of course respond to one.
6. Third-party platforms
Publishing to YouTube and TikTok is subject to those platforms' own terms and developer policies. RexxiClips operates within them and does not attempt to circumvent platform rules, rate limits, or review processes.
7. No warranty
The website and the service are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
